PDF Exports Are Here! Your Guide to White-Label Branding Reports
The feature many of you have been waiting for: PDF exports are now live on Branding5!
You can now download your comprehensive brand reports as high-quality, presentation-ready PDFs. But that's not all. Alongside PDF exports, we're introducing powerful white-labeling features so you can customize every report with your own branding. This is a game-changer for agencies, consultants, and anyone presenting reports to clients.

White-Label Branding Guide
This guide will walk you through how to customize your reports for professional client presentations and agency use.
Overview
Branding5's white-label features allow you to completely customize your reports. Instead of showing Branding5 branding, you can apply your own logo, colors, and text. This is perfect for agencies, consultants, and businesses who want to present polished, professional reports under their own brand.
After customizing, you can easily download the PDF and share it with your clients or stakeholders.
Two Levels of Customization
To offer both convenience and flexibility, we've introduced two ways to manage your branding:
Default Branding Settings (Account-wide) Set up your standard branding once in
Settings → Branding
. These defaults will be applied to all your reports automatically, saving you time.Per-Report Customization (Export-specific) Need to use a client's branding for a specific report? No problem. When exporting an individual report to PDF, you can override your account defaults with client-specific branding.
Setting Up Default Branding (Account-wide)
To set your default branding, navigate to your account settings and find the new "Branding" tab. Here you can:
- Upload your company logo.
- Set a default report title and subtitle.
- Add custom text to the header and footer of every page.
- Include custom content on the last page, perfect for a call-to-action or contact information.
Once saved, these settings will be the default for all future PDF exports.
Customizing Branding for a Specific PDF Export
When you're ready to export a report, you'll see a "Customize & Export PDF" option. Clicking this will open a modal where you can see a preview of your report. On the side, you'll find all the branding options. They will be pre-filled with your default settings, but you can override any of them for this specific export.
This is ideal for:
- Adding a client's logo to a report.
- Tailoring the title and subtitle for a specific project.
- Adding report-specific notes in the footer or on the last page.
Best Practices & Tips
- Use a high-resolution logo: For crisp and professional-looking PDFs, upload a high-quality version of your logo. SVGs are recommended for scalability.
- Keep it clean: Don't overcrowd the header and footer. Use them for essential information.
- Utilize the last page: The last page is prime real estate. Use it to add your contact details, a special offer, or a link to your website.
- Check the preview: Always review the preview before exporting to make sure everything looks perfect.
